St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner! I’ve been thinking about what desserts I can make for this holiday. There are so many different options. I could go with a green or mint theme to highlight the color scheme of this holiday. Or I could go with a rainbow theme to embrace the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I could also do boozy desserts that use Bailey’s, Irish Whiskey, or Guinness. I’m not sure which theme I’m going with yet but here are some ideas to get you thinking about desserts for March 17th!
