I know that getting enough Omega-3s in my diet isn’t the easiest thing in the world. Omega-3s are found in fish, flax seed, salmon, oysters, walnuts, and chia seeds. None of these are things that I eat every day so I’ve had to find a way to supplement getting my Omega-3s.
