Trio of Hummus: Easy appetizer idea
 
Ingredients
For the Edamame, Ginger, and Garlic Hummus:
  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • ¼ c. edamame
  • 1 T. crystallized ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
For the Pumpkin Hummus:
  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • ⅓ c. pure pumpkin
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1 t. cumin
For the Pesto Hummus:
  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • 1 T. fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 T. pine nuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 t. candied lemon peel, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients for the Edamame hummus. Mix well to combine. Place in a serving bowl and top with a few edamame.
  2. To make the pumpkin hummus, combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional paprika.
  3. For the pesto hummus, combine the hummus, basil, 2½ T. pine nuts, and candied lemon peel in a medium bowl. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts.
