Cherry Vanilla Pink Velvet Bundt Cake

A delicious cherry vanilla flavored Bundt Cake topped with pink and white candy for a fun Valentine's Day treat!
Ingredients
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ c. oil
  • ½ t. pink food coloring
  • 1 t. cherry flavoring
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • ½ c. white chocolate candy melts
  • ½ c. pink candy melts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt pan with baking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix for 1-2 minutes or until well combined.
  3. Stir in the pink food coloring and mix well.
  4. Add in the cherry flavoring and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a butter knife around the edges of the pan. Flip the pan onto a plate and cool completely.
  7. Place the white candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted. Place in a zip top baggie, snip off the end, and drizzle over top of the cake.
  8. Place the pink candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted. Place in a zip top baggie, snip off the end, and drizzle over top of the cake.
  9. Allow the candy to hard for 15 minutes before serving.
