These no bake cookies combine almond butter, flour, and sweetened condensed milk into a delicious cookies studded with white chocolate and cranberries.
  • 1½ c. flour
  • ½ c. oats
  • ⅓ c. almond butter
  • 1 t. salt
  • ⅓ c. sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼-1/3 c. milk
  • ¼ c. white chocolate chips
  • ⅓ c. dried cranberries
  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, oats, almond butter, salt, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
  2. Slowly add the milk until a dough has formed.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  4. Shape the dough into 12 cookies and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
