Enjoy a juicy burger slider topped with bacon, fried jalapenos, and cheese.
  • Jalapeno Popper Burger Sliders
For the burgers:
  • 1 ½ lb. 85/15 ground beef (I prefer using Certified Angus Beef Brand)
  • ¼ c. breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
For the fried jalapeno slices:
  • ¼ c. jalapeno slices (I prefer fresh but if you are running short on time use pickled!)
  • ¼ c. flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 3 T. olive oil
For assembling the burgers:
  • 6 sliced cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and halved
  • 6 slider buns
  1. To make the burgers combine all of the burger ingredients together. Patty the burger mixture into 6 sliders.
  2. Heat a grill to medium high heat. Add the burgers and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach the desired doneness. Place a slice of cheese on them and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the grill and place on slider buns.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a shallow dish.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Dip the jalapenos in the flour and place in the hot oil. Saute for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
  5. To assemble the burgers place 2 bacon halves on top of the burger sliders and add a tablespoon of fried jalapenos. Top with your favorite sauce.
