South of the Border Tuna Wrap

Serves: 4 wraps
Enjoy a delicious tuna wrap for lunch with vegetables, salsa, cheese, and green chilies. It's a tasty South of the Border Tuna Wrap.
  • 2 cans (5 oz) solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • salt and pepper
  • ¾ c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  1. In a medium bowl combine the tuna, black beans, salsa, and green chilies. Mix well and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the tuna mixture between the 4 wraps. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and lettuce.
  3. Roll the wraps tightly in a burrito style and cut in half.
