Leftover Candy Brownies #SundaySupper

Serves: 21 brownies
A delicious fudge brownie studded with caramel candy!
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ c. flour
  • ½ c. cocoa powder
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 c. leftover candy, chopped (I used candy corn, M&M's, Twix, and Milky Way)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time stirring after each addition.
  4. In a medium bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chopped candies.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 21 brownies.
