Turkey Brownies

Using a box mix to make brownies makes it easy to decorate these fun Turkey Brownies!
Ingredients
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • brown food coloring
  • 12 mini peppermint candies covered in chocolate
  • 12 red mini M&M's
  • 36 candy corn
  • white chocolate
  • black chocolate
Instructions
  1. Cook the brownies according to the package directions and let cool.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the butter and vanilla and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, a half cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Stir in the brown food coloring.
  3. Spread the frosting over top of the brownies.
  4. Place the peppermint candies on top of the brownies (4 down and 3 across).
  5. Stick a red mini M&M in the middle of each peppermint chocolate.
  6. Place three candy corns above the peppermint candy to make the turkey "feathers".
  7. Melt the white chocolate and place 2 "eyes" on each turkey. Melt the black chocolate and dot it in the middle of each "eye".
  8. Slice into 12 squares and serve.
