Try this refreshing salad with fresh greens, juicy Florida strawberries, and toasted pecans!
For the Salad:
  • 3 c. iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 c. arugula
  • 2 c. Florida strawberries, stems removed and cut into quarters
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • ½ c. goat cheese, crumbled
For the dressing:
  • ½ c. good quality olive oil
  • ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 T. orange juice
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 1 t. salt
  1. To make the salad toss together the iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, and arugula in a large bowl. Mix in the Florida Strawberries and red onion.
  2. Sprinkle the pecans and the goat cheese over top of the salad.
  3. To make the dressing combine all the ingredients in a small mason jar and screw on the lid. Shake the dressing vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Serve the dressing on the side and enjoy!
