White Chocolate Brownies

Serves: 16 brownies
Try something a little different and make these delicious white chocolate brownies.
  • ½ c. unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. white chocolate chips
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1¼ c. flour
  • ½ t. baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the butter and white chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
  4. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in the flour and baking powder.
  6. Spread into an 8 x 8 pan sprayed with baking spray.
  7. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
