  • 2 c. fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 2½ c. water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 piece (1 inch) peeled ginger, thinly sliced

  5. Pour the mixture into a pint sized mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. When ready to use combine ice, 1 cup of sparkling water, and 3-4 tablespoons of the cherry syrup in a glass. Garnish with mint leaves and cherries.
