Korean Beef Marinade

Serves: Marinades up to 3 pounds of beef
Mix up this flavorful Korean Beef Marinade bursting with hints of sweet, tart, and spicy flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • ⅓ cup sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 4 boneless ribeye steaks (or your favorite Certified Angus Beef® brand beef up to 3 pounds)
  1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over selected Certified Angus Beef ® brand cut in a zipper-locking plastic bag. Close bag, removing air. Marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Grill or broil selected cut to desired doneness.
