A sweet and spiced pull apart bread made with refrigerated biscuit dough layered with apples, cinnamon, and sugar then drizzled with caramel.
  • 1 tube refrigerator biscuits (10 biscuits)
  • 3 T. melted butter
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • ½ t. nutmeg
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 2 Organic Honeycrisp apples (I used apples from Rainier Fruit Company), finely chopped
  • Caramel sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the biscuits in half (through the layers) and set on a cutting board.
  3. In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  4. Dip each biscuit into the sugar mixture and place on the cutting board. Sprinkle with chopped apples and top with another sugar coated biscuit. Repeat this until you have 4 stacks of biscuits stuffed with apples (you will have 5 biscuits in each stack).
  5. Stack 2 stacks on top of each other and turn the biscuits on their side and place in the pan. It will not fill up the pan.
  6. Push all four stacks together to one side of the pan and to the top of the pan.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Remove bread to a plate and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  9. Pull apart and enjoy!
