These cookie bars can be filled with your favorite sweet, salty, and crunchy mix ins!
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1¼ c. flour
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • ½ t. sea salt
  • ¼ c. toffee chips
  • ¼ c. chocolate chips
  • ¼ c. dark chocolate chunks
  • ¼ c. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ¼ c. salted almonds, chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the toffee chips, chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, cookies, and almonds.
  6. Spread the cookie dough in an 8 x 8 baking dish.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the top browns.
  8. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
