White Christmas Kiss Cookies

A delicious sugar cookie rolled in icy blue and bright red sprinkles topped with a white chocolate candy cane kiss.
Ingredients
  • 1½ c. flour
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. Sprinkle Pop Oh Snow Cute sprinkle mix
  • 24 White Chocolate Candy Cane Kisses
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine the flour and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the egg and mix well.
  3. Stir in the mix and vanilla and mix until combined.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour or until it is easy to handle.
  6. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each dough ball into the sprinkles and set them on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Press your thumb into the middle of the dough to make an indentation.
  7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  9. Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes or until they just begin to brown.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool 1 minute. Press a kiss into the center of each cookie and let them rest for 3 minutes.
  11. Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
