Blackberry Pecan Oatmeal Bowls with Omega-3s

Spiced oatmeal topped with pecans, blackberries, chia seeds, clementines, and a Seriously Delicious Omega-3s Lemon Creme drizzle.
  • ½ c. instant oat
  • ½ c. water
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¼ c. blackberries
  • ¼ c. pecan halves
  • 1 clementine
  • 1 T. chia seeds
  • 1 T. Barlean's Seriously Delicious Omega-3s in Lemon Creme
  1. Place the oatmeal, water, milk, cinnamon, and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well.
  2. Heat on high in the microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and mix well.
  3. Place half the blackberries on one side of the bowl and half on the other side of the bowl.
  4. Place the clementine sections down the middle of the bowl.
  5. Place the pecans in between the blackberries and clementines on one side and sprinkle the chia seeds on the other.
  6. Drizzle the whole bowl with the Lemon Creme.
  7. Serve warm.
