Gingerbread Spice Caramel Latte

- 2 c. milk
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- 2 T. molasses
- 2 T. caramel sauce
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 t. sea salt
- 1½ c. strong coffee
- ½ c. Cabot Whipped Cream
- Caramel Sauce
- Gingerbread candy (optional)
- In a medium saucepan combine the milk, cinnamon, ginger, molasses, and caramel sauce.
- Heat over medium heat until simmering.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sea salt.
- Pour ¾ cup of hot coffee into each of two mugs. Pour 1 cup of the steamed milk mixture on top of each mug. Mix well.
- Spray whipped cream on top of each latte then drizzle with caramel. Place a gingerbread candy (or two) on top of the whipped cream.
- Enjoy!
