Gingerbread Spice Caramel Latte

A delicious hot beverage with flavors of gingerbread, caramel, and spices.
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. ginger
  • 2 T. molasses
  • 2 T. caramel sauce
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 1½ c. strong coffee
  • ½ c. Cabot Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Gingerbread candy (optional)
  1. In a medium saucepan combine the milk, cinnamon, ginger, molasses, and caramel sauce.
  2. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sea salt.
  4. Pour ¾ cup of hot coffee into each of two mugs. Pour 1 cup of the steamed milk mixture on top of each mug. Mix well.
  5. Spray whipped cream on top of each latte then drizzle with caramel. Place a gingerbread candy (or two) on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Enjoy!
