Brownie Pie

Rich and delicious chocolate brownie inside a graham cracker crust for the perfect dessert mash up.
Ingredients
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. water
  • ¼ c. vegetable oil
  • ½ c. chocolate chips
  • chocolate syrup
  • whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine the brownie mix, egg, water, and vegetable oil. Mix well to combine.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared crust. You may not need all of the batter.
  5. Bake the brownie pie for 35-40 minutes or until the middle of the pie looks set.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. When ready to eat cut a slice of pie and drizzle with chocolate sauce and put whipped cream on top.
