Crispy Air Fryer Tofu + a review of COSORI Air Fryer

Tofu marinated in a tasty sauce then dusted with cornstarch makes for a crispy and delicious dish!
  • 16 oz extra firm tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. rice vinegar
  • 2 t. sesame oil
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ t. black pepper
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  1. Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the tofu and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the tofu and toss with the cornstarch.
  5. Place the tofu in the Air Fryer and adjust the temperature to 370 degrees.
  6. Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the tofu is crispy, shaking the basket once halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce.
