Air Fryer Almond Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Oatmeal muffins made with almond paste and chocolate chips in the Air Fryer for a quick and easy breakfast or snack!
  • 1 c. flour
  • ⅓ c. sugar
  • ½ c. oats
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • 1 t. almond paste
  • ¼ c. milk
  • ½ c. chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the egg, vegetable oil, almond paste, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spray 9 cupcake liners with cooking spray. Carefully fill each one ¾ of the way full and transfer them to the Air Fryer.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees in the Air Fryer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the Air Fryer and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
  7. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
