Root Beer Float Pops
 
Ingredients
  • 2 c. A&W Ten Root Beer
  • ½ c. Cool Whip light
  • ¼ c. low fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
  1. Fill the popsicle molds halfway full with root beer. Set aside.
  2. Combine the Cool Whip and yogurt together in a bowl. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mold along with the root beer. The root beer will bubble up like a float.
  3. Fill the molds to ¾ of the way full with more root beer. Add another tablespoon of Cool Whip. Take a knife and mix the Cool Whip into the root beer.
  4. Fill the rest of the way with root beer. Place the popsicle sticks in and freeze for 4 hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer and run the popsicles under hot water for 5 seconds and then pop out and enjoy!
