Bobby Flay’s Coleslaw: CSA Tuesday
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • ½ onion, grated
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 3 T. sour cream
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 2 T. white vinegar
  • 2 t. celery salt
  • 1 t. celery seed
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 t. black pepper
  1. Combine the cabbage, carrots, and onions in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, celery salt, celery seed, dry mustard, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing over top of the coleslaw and mix well. Taste the coleslaw and season as needed.
