I'm happy to report that having a snack before bed really works for me! I'm getting a better night sleep because I'm not hungry at night which in turn is allowing me to have more energy during the day. This is great since I've been working from home, blogging, and chasing after my two year. Before starting this I was exhausted by noon but now I'm pushing through until after dinner time before I'm ready to crash. I've also been managing to keep off the weight that I've lost by using some of the recipes found in this book. I love that there is an easy to follow meal planner where the recipes are right in the book. One of my favorite recipes so far is for Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet.
