Happy 2016! It's the new year and I for one am hoping for a happy and healthy 2016. Last year was a good one but it did have it's ups and downs. I'm hoping this year has mostly ups!
I've been looking into how Hezzi-D's Books and Cooks works, how I promote my posts, what is most important to me, and what I want to concentrate on. In 2016 I hope to share more healthy recipes, more slow cooker recipes, and more easy weeknight meals. I especially want to share easy and healthy weeknight meals because I need to be cooking more of them. But don't worry, I love desserts too much to give them up so they will still be here as well.
Now, let's take a look back into 2015 and what my top 10 most popular recipes of the year were. I only took into consideration recipes that were published in 2015 and used Google Analytics to track which were the most popular. I have to say, I was surprised by several that made the list and several that did not. Overall there were 5 sweet recipes and 5 savory recipes. I think this is a new record as sweet recipes almost always dominate.
