French Fries with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen crinkle cut fries
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 1/3 c. thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 T. white vinegar
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. fresh chives chopped
  • 1 T. fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Spread the french fries on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the fries are crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven.
  • Meanwhile, toss the onions in a large bowl with the vinegar, mustard, and fresh chives. Let stand 15 minutes. Whisk in the olive oil.
  • Add the fries to the bowl and toss to coat. Top with fresh dill.
  • If making in an Air Fryer, toss the fries with the olive oil, salt, and pepper and cook for 15 minutes at 380, shaking twice during cooking time then follow steps 4 and 5 to finish.
