Candy Cane Rice Krispies Treats

Ingredients

  • 6 c. Rice Krispies
  • 4 Tablespoons
  • 4 c. mini marshmallows
  • 6 candy canes. crushed and divided
  • 1/4 c. white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Place the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies and half of the candy canes. Mix well.
  • Quickly spread into prepared pan. Allow to harden 15 minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each heating, until completely melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a zip top baggie, snip off the end, and drizzle over top of the Rice Krispies treats. Sprinkle with remaining candy canes.
  • Allow the white chocolate to harden for 30 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve.
