Place the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies and half of the candy canes. Mix well.
Quickly spread into prepared pan. Allow to harden 15 minutes.
Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each heating, until completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a zip top baggie, snip off the end, and drizzle over top of the Rice Krispies treats. Sprinkle with remaining candy canes.
Allow the white chocolate to harden for 30 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve.
