Ingredients
For the salad:

c.
mixed greens
1/2
dragon fruit
cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2
blood oranges
peeled and thinly sliced horizontally
1/2
c.
feta cheese crumbles
1/3
c.
pecan halves
For the vinaigrette:
1/3
c.
olive oil
1/3
c.
red wine vinegar
2
teaspoons
fresh orange juice
1
teaspoons
honey
1
teaspoons
oregano
1
teaspoons
black pepper
1
teaspoons
salt
Instructions
Divide the mixed greens between four plates.
Sprinkle the chopped dragon fruit on top. Place 4 or 5 blood orange slices on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle with the feta and pecans.
To make the vinaigrette place all ingredients in a mason jar and screw on the lid. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Serve salads with dressing.
