Caramel Hot Chocolate

A rich hot chocolate sweetened with caramel sauce then topped off with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle for the most decadent hot cocoa.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 3 oz. 70% Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
  • 1/4 c. caramel sauce
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Place the milk, bittersweet chocolate, and caramel sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Heat and stir until the chocolate has melted and the hot cocoa is simmering.
  • Remove from heat and divide between two mugs.
  • Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
