Creamy Mushroom Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 c. mushroom chopped
  • 1 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 teaspoons white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into 10 equal pieces. Place each piece in a muffin cup. Place in the freezer.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the butter and once melted add the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and thyme. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the wine, salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • Divide the mixture between the puff pastry cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
