Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil and spray the bottom. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add the vanilla and mix well.
Place the flour in a microwave safe bowl and heaat for 90 seconds. Carefully remove it from the microwave and cool completely.
Once the flour is cool add it and the salt to the butter mixture and mix until well combined. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and is well combined with the condensed milk.
Pour the fudge mixture into the cookie dough mixture and mix until combined.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the pan from the refrigerator and use the foil to pick it up out of the pan and place it on a cutting board. Cut into 30 pieces and enjoy!
