Cookie Dough Fudge

Decadent white fudge mixed with cookie dough makes for an inredible candy treat.

Ingredients

For the cookie dough:

  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips

For the fudge:

  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil and spray the bottom. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  • Place the flour in a microwave safe bowl and heaat for 90 seconds. Carefully remove it from the microwave and cool completely.
  • Once the flour is cool add it and the salt to the butter mixture and mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and is well combined with the condensed milk.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the cookie dough mixture and mix until combined.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the pan from the refrigerator and use the foil to pick it up out of the pan and place it on a cutting board. Cut into 30 pieces and enjoy!
