Salted Caramel Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 t. brown sugar
  • 2 T. caramel sauce + extra for topping
  • 1 t. salt + extra for topping
  • 2 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 16 oz. hot coffee
  • whipped cream
  • green sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Place 2 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce in each of two coffee mugs. Sprinkle each with the salt.
  • Pour 1 ounce of whiskey into each mug.
  • Pour 8 oz. hot coffee into each mug and mix well.
  • Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, a sprinkle of salt, and green sprinkles if desired.
