Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, and black pepper.
Add the melted butter and use your hands to form a dough ball. Mix in the cheddar cheese. Add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time until a firm dough forms.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove dough from refrigerator and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. Twist the dough strips and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
