Break the graham crackers in half so they are in sheets of two.

Place the half graham cracker sheet in the middle of a snack baggie. Place a Peeps bunny on one side and a snack size Hershey bar on the other size.

Zip the top of the baggies closed and staple a printable label or tag on the front.
