New Orleans Style Remoulade Sauce

Spicy remoulade sauce is made with mayonnaise, mustard, fresh herbs, and plenty of spices and is great served with fried fish, crab cakes, fried green tomatoes, or po' boy sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon brown mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
