Ingredients

thin cut boneless pork chops
2
eggs
8
oz.
Saltine crackers
crushed
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
onion powder

Parmesan cheese

Tablespoons
butter
Instructions
Place the eggs in a shallow dish and beat well.
In another shallow dish combine the crushed crackers, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
As soon as the butter is melted dip each pork chop into the egg mixture then press into the cracker mixture.
Fry the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side in the pan or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees and the coating is golden brown.
