oats

baking powder

sea salt

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
ginger
1/3
c.
brown sugar

eggs

Tablespoons
orange juice

teaspoon
orange zest

milk

c.
fresh cranberries
halved

c.
pecans
finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the oats, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar.
In a medium bowl beat the eggs. Add in the orange zest, orange juice, and milk.
Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the oatmeal into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cut into 10 large rectangles.
