Easy Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Easy Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies take a chocolate cake mix combined with mint chocolate M&M's for an outrageously delicious cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 box 15.25 oz chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate mint M&M's

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add in the M&M's and mix until well combined.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set.
