Key Lime White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 packet Duncan Hines Key Lime Flavor Creations
  • 6 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine the cake mix, flavor creation packet, and butter. Mix well until combined.
  • Beat in the egg.
  • Add the lime juice and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Drop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet by heaping tablespoon. Spread the cookies 2 inches apart. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the cookies are firm and beginning to brown. They will look undercooked but they are fine.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
