Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the devil's food cake mix, flour, butter, eggs, and pecans. Mix until well combined.
Place the dough on the parchment paper and shape into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board.
Using a serrated knife cut the baked cookie into 1/2 inch slices. I like to cut on a diagonal but you can cut horizontal as well.
Turn the cookie slices on their slide and place back on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Mix well.
Continue heating in 20 second intervals, mixing after each heating, until the white chocolate is smooth and melted.
Place the chocolate in a zip top baggie. Cut off the end and drizzle over top of the biscotti.
Add sprinkles to the tops if desired.
