Ingredients

large potatoes
3/4
c.
Lactaid milk
6
Tablespoons
butter
2
teaspoons
salt
3
Tablespoons
fresh rosemary
minced
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
optional
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and chop into 2 inch pieces.
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and continue to boil for 20 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the heat and drain.
Place the drained potatoes in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until the potatoes are broken up.
Add in the milk and butter and beat with the mixer until smooth.
Add in the salt, rosemary, and garlic powder and mix for 1 minute.
Serve with additional rosemary or margarine if desired.
