Conversation Heart Sugar Cookie Bark

A delicious sugar cookie topped with white chocolate, conversation hearts, and sprinkles perfect for Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag sugar cookie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 16 oz. white chocolate
  • 1 c. conversation hearts
  • 1/4 c. sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine the sugar cookie mix, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a 9 x 13 cookie sheet. Spread the cookie dough in a thin layer on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the cookie begins to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  • Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each heating, until completely melted.
  • Pour over top of the cooled cookie and spread evenly over top.
  • Quickly sprinkle with the conversation hearts and sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to harden for 30 minutes.
  • Either cute or break the cookie into pieces.
