Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the sugar cookie mix, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a 9 x 13 cookie sheet. Spread the cookie dough in a thin layer on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the cookie begins to brown.

Remove from the oven and cool completely.

Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each heating, until completely melted.

Pour over top of the cooled cookie and spread evenly over top.

Quickly sprinkle with the conversation hearts and sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to harden for 30 minutes.

Either cute or break the cookie into pieces.
