Place the cereal in a large bowl.
In a microwave safe bowl add the cookie butter and white chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir for 30 seconds. If needed, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Mix until smooth.
Pour the cookie butter mixture over the cereal. Add the sprinkles and mix until everything is covered.
Pour the cereal into a gallon sized freezer bag. Pour in the pudding mix and M&M's and shake until everything is mixed together and covered in the pudding mix.
Place the cereal mixture on a baking sheet and allow to dry for at least an hour.
