Crumbl Brownie Batter Cookies
Brownie Batter cookies are made with just a handful of ingredients and are a cross between a thick, fudgy brownie and a decadent chocolate cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, melted butter, and espresso powder. Mix until the ingredients are just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into 9 pieces. Roll into balls and put on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
