Strawberry Yogurt Pops with Granola
A creamy strawberry yogurt freezer pop mixed with fresh strawberries and finished off with a sprinkle of granola.

Ingredients
1
package strawberry gelatin
I used sugar free
1/4
c.
hot water
5.3
oz.
plain Greek yogurt
3/4
c.
milk
1/2
c.
strawberries
chopped
1/4
c.
granola
Instructions
Place the strawberry gelatin and hot water in the single serve blender. Place the lid on and blend for 10 seconds or until gelatin has dissolved.
Add the Greek yogurt, replace the lid, and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour in the milk, place the lid on, and blend for 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into 6 ice pop molds. This should fill them 3/4 of the way full.
Drop strawberry pieces into each pop leaving a 1 inch space from the top of the pop mold. Gently mix the strawberry pops with a butter knife.
Sprinkle the top of each with granola.
Place the stick into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
