Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the butter and sugar. Add in the egg and almond extract paste and mix until combined.
Add the milk to the butter mixture and stir until well combined.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnasational spice blend.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the figs.
Using a cookie scoop or large spoon drop large dollops onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
