Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

An easy to make and filling breakfast that can be made days in advance and enjoyed anytime hot or cold!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. quick oats
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 apple cored and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • In a half pint jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Place the lid on and shake well.
  • Open the lid and add apples and walnuts.
  • Place the lid back on and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  • Open the lid and enjoy cold or remove lid and microwave 45 second to eat it hot.
  • *You can make multiple jars and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.*
