Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
An easy to make and filling breakfast that can be made days in advance and enjoyed anytime hot or cold!

Ingredients

c.
quick oats
1/3
c.
milk
1/3
c.
vanilla or plain yogurt
1
Tablespoon
honey
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
salt.
1
apple
cored and diced
2
Tablespoons
walnuts
chopped
Instructions
In a half pint jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Place the lid on and shake well.
Open the lid and add apples and walnuts.
Place the lid back on and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Open the lid and enjoy cold or remove lid and microwave 45 second to eat it hot.
*You can make multiple jars and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.*
