Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
To make the meatballs place the egg in a large bowl and beat. Add in the ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
Line a baking sheet with sides with foil.
Form the beef mixture into 1-1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Wrap half a piece of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick.
Combine the brown sugar and chile powder in a bowl. Roll the bacon wrapped meatball into the brown sugar mixture and rub to coat. Place back on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
