1large loaf of breadsuch as French Bread or Sourdough
18 oz round of Joan of ArcĀ® Double Creme Brie Cheese
1/2c.dried cranberries
6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
1/2c.pecanschopped
1Tablespoonolive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the loaf of bread on a cutting board. Using a serrated knife make diagonal cuts about 1 inch apart and go down about halfway. Then make diagonal cuts the other way to make diamond shapes on the bread.
Cut the Brie into half inch cubes. Place a cube of Brie inside each opening in the bread. Then place dried cranberries on top of the Brie. Stuff bacon and pecans on top of the cranberries.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
