Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a baking dish combine the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Place the brick of feta in the middle of the dish and turn to coat it with olive oil as well.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Remove from oven and use a spoon or mashed to pop all of the tomatoes.
Add in the fresh herbs and use a spoon to mix the herbs, feta, and tomatoes togehter.
Add the pasta water a few tablespoons at a time until desired sauce consistency is reached.
Toss the sauce with the pasta and serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
